Step 1: Diagnose
The Agency Health check and discovery
We start by getting a clear picture of where you and your agency are now and where you want to be in the future.
Using my Agency Health Check, we’ll look at key areas like clients, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations to identify what’s working, what’s holding you back and where to focus first.
This process enables us to identify the key issues so we can prioritise what will make the biggest difference. We then set goals around fixing the things that matter most and will make the biggest impact quickly for you and your agency.
Step 2: Strategise
Board-style sessions that focus on what matters
We’ll typically meet once a month, face-to-face or virtually for a structured board-style session depending on our level of engagement.
We’ll review business performance and dive into the most pressing priorities, which often include:
Client challenges
Retaining and growing clients and pricing work properly.
New business pipeline
Ensuring consistent, high-value work is coming in.
Financial strategy
Setting KPIs and improving profitability and cash flow.
Marketing & positioning

Each session is tailored to your agency’s current needs, helping you make confident, well-informed decisions whilst having an experienced sounding board to support you and hold you to account.
Step 3: Implement
Practical workshops and action plans
Following the board session, we typically focus on one or two key challenges or opportunities such as improving profitability, refining positioning, strengthening leadership, or preparing for an exit.
We create a 3 Year Plan with quarterly goals and monthly actions - so you and your team know what to focus on next.
And if you need additional expertise in a specific area I can bring in a trusted network of FDs, leadership trainers and operational consultants to provide the right support at the right time.
Built around you
How much time we spend together depends on your capacity, budget and how quickly you want to achieve your goals – I work with you on your terms.
Initial one month trial
Our first meeting is a trial for us both to see if we have good chemistry and you can benefit from my experience, tools and techniques.
Monthly meetings
We’ll typically meet monthly to ensure you work ‘ON’ the business and focus your attention on the bigger goals and achieving key actions.
In-person and online
Depending on your level of involvement and geography, we meet face to face or virtually.
Workshops and coaching tools
I have a host of business coaching tools that will help drive your business forwards and keep you on track, always making progress.
Rolling 3-month contracts
If we decide to continue working together after our initial meeting there are no long term contracts, just a 3 month rolling agreement so we both commit to the process and each other.

This is your no-pressure, high-insight strategy session. You’ll do a bit of prep - a Health Check survey and a future-vision exercise, and then we’ll meet to dig in. Together we’ll map out where you are now, what’s blocking progress, the issues, and where you really want to go next.
It’s a one-off version of the first stage in my full consultancy work but it stands on its own. You’ll walk away with clarity on your top priorities and goals for the next 6-12 months and probably a bit of a “why didn’t we do this sooner?” moment.
Perfect for agency leaders who are spinning too many plates and need someone to help sort the signal from the noise.

Stuck on something? Let’s talk it out.
The Power Hour is one sharp, focused session to untangle whatever’s currently doing your head in - be it tricky clients, messy team stuff, pricing puzzles, exit planning or just the general weight of running an agency.
No prep. You bring the topic, I bring the outside perspective and a well-honed sense of what works.
Think of it as your strategy SOS. I’ve worked with loads of agency leaders and sometimes one honest, clear-headed conversation is all it takes to shift things forward.
This used to be just for returning clients. But honestly, I think more people could use the space. So I’m opening it up.
And yes, if you don’t get value from the session, I’ll refund you. No hard feelings.
